Order Disputes, Missing Items, and Damaged Deliveries

Customers must notify our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To investigate and resolve claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing:

• The sealed package before opening
• The package label and shipping details
• The complete unboxing process
• The products received inside the package

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for verification or resolution.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including:

• Full name
• Complete delivery address
• Landmark (if applicable)
• Contact number
• PIN code

Red Blooz shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
